The front desk staff was amazing, however there was a Dominican looking house keeper was very disrespectful, and rude. Me and my child stayed here for a week and we didnt bother house keeping at all. I sent my child to ask for towels and tissue and she was rude, after the encounter she had with my child I approached the room she was in thinking okay she must be really really busy so I found Mrs. Sitting on the bed watching videos on her phone and I said excuse me maam is there a problem my child asked you for items and you were rude so I then proceeded maam may I have towels and face cloths she told me go go go go to the office dont bother me. I told her she need to watch how she talk to people kids and individuals all together. When I left some how some way I took all the roaches that were in my room with me.

No one was there to check us in. I called the phone, no answer. Rang the door bell, no answer. I verbally said hello, no answer. Paid $68 for a room I never got and never got my refund. The place is trashy and filled with sketchy people. And it reeks of weed and cigarettes. I do not recommend at all for anyone. Especially not families or people just looking for a safe place to sleep for the night.
